Emergency Credit

NWM Emergency Credit Solution is a USSD value added service solution for enabling prepaid subscribers to borrow credit from the operator on emergency cases. Subscribers will get the opportunity of accessing their emergency credit account when they run out of credit and need to make a phone call or send a few SMS. The service can be limited to provide only one loan at a time per subscriber. In this way the subscriber must recharge his prepaid account for paying back the loan before asking for another emergency service.

Emergency Credit Enquiry

When a subscriber asks for emergency credit:

Each emergency transaction can issue a ticket with service-related information. These tickets correspond to successful transactions performed by the system. Tickets are registered in a file (per day/hour) and published in a configurable TCP port. Besides, logs are automatically generated.

USSD Gateway

The Emergency Service is a USSD service, being a delivery guaranteed solution, fast and highly interactive. Therefore, a USSD Gateway must be installed into the Operators facilities.
USSD technology is a capability built into the GSM standard for transmitting information over the signalling channels. In this way, USSD allows high-speed interactive communications between the subscribers and applications across a GSM network.

This electronic recharge method links directly with the operators prepaid system, bypassing vouchers, and enables agents securely recharge cash subscribers using the agent's mobile phone, the topping up can also be done using direct debit from subscriber's bank account.

How it works

MTS enables mobile subscribers to have prepaid virtual wallets associated to their mobile account from where they can pay goods and utilities or send money to family and friends, gaining security by reducing real money transactions (replacing real money with an electronic transaction). MTS helps making the prepaid model more profitable and at the same time gives their subscribers a more convenient way for handling their prepaid credit.

Product Description

NWM MTS is an electronic wallet solution that allows e-money management via a standard GSM handset by means of IVR, SMS, USSD or WAP, allowing distributors and retailers to sell prepaid airtime or cashing in funds into the subscriber virtual wallet. From there, subscribers can send remittances, transfer e-money from one subscriber to another (or to a non subscriber) or even pay for goods using a wide base of mobile agents.

How it works

Subscribers can recharge their e-wallet account at authorized mobile agents (retailers) or directly through a subscribers bank account or credit card debit by means of USSD, SMS, WAP or IVR (cash in operation). The cash in process credits the subscriber account into the MTS platform and debits the retailers account, while the subscriber hands cash to the retailer.
Subscribers, using any of the given interfaces, can then use their electronic funds to pay for goods or send part of their funds to other subscribers, who in turn may choose to use it to pay for goods, convert it to air-time, or just convert it to cash at retailers stores. This process, known as cash out operation, involves transferring the subscribers funds to the retailers account, who in turn hands cash to the subscriber (charges and commissions may apply in these operations)

NWM Browser Toolbar is an add-on to the Internet Explorer/Firefox web browsers that allows the subscriber to send SMS,MMS and Video files while browsing the internet. Subscribers can forward any PC or Internet content (Picture, Sound, Video or Text) as an MMS or Video message. Facebook and Tablet interfaces are also available.

Media Toolbar Version

The NWM MediaToolbar is an add-on to the Internet Explorer/Firefox web browsers that enables an operator to offer a range of Internet services that most subscribers want: Search, New, Radio, TV, Games, etc, and allows the Operator to offer a mobile counterpart, to the same subscriber that uses the service on the PC. So for example, if the subscriber visits many news sites, you can suggest to him to join a news alert service, or watch the news on his Mobile TV.

NWM has signed the re-seller agreement with Ozeki for Ozeki Webphone. NWM will be responsible to market and sale the Ozeki webphone in Pakistan and Yemen. Ozeki Webphone is a browser phone solution that enables your website visitors to call you from your website free of charge. Practically, Ozeki Webphone is a voice gateway software that forwards voice calls between website visitors and your office telephone. You can direct these phone calls to any land line phone, mobile phone or telephone exchange (PBX). After adding Ozeki webphone to your website, you will experience more incoming calls, resulting in better business results.

- NWM Content store provides wide range of contents including RSS Feeds, Advertisement messages, Mutltilmedia contents e.g audio, video and images. Application is deisgned for Android and Symbian handsets. User can download the content from server to his handset. Content Stores Admin portal has ability to manage the contents, generate reports and schedule the tickers and advertisement messages for scrolling.
